Spicy miso salmon with broccoli rice

Food Find more recipes at Purely Somerset on facebook or instagram, visit purely somerset. co.uk or email purelysomerset @hotmail.co.uk pear crumble Ingredients 2 pears 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tbsp date syrup 50ml water crumble topping 50g oats 50g ground almonds Handful of chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts) 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp maple syrup Method Chop the pears, put in a saucepan and add the spices, date syrup and water. Cook through until softened. Put in a small ceramic oven dish. Warm together the coconut oil and maple syrup. Pour over the oats, almonds and nuts. Stir through. Put the crumble topping over the fruit. Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180C until golden and crisp. Serve with dairy-free, refined sugar-free ice cream or coconut yoghurt.
