Theshow was staged at Gayfield Creative spaces, Edinburgh, from 30 september to 8 october 2016, and was organised by arthritis Care scotlands Young people and Families service. The aim was to communicate what it is like to be diagnosed with a long-term condition at a young age, and the implications of living with one. The artwork explores the before, during and after stages of a diagnosis, and was created at workshops in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness over the course of 2016. weve been awarded funding from BBc children in need for our services in england and wales. a three-year grant to set up a new service with the university hospital of wales, cardiff, will begin in march, and another threeyear grant for our services at evelina london childrens hospital began in november 2016. we expect these services to benefit more than 500 young people and their families over the next three years. the price is right Were pleased to announce that we have lowered the cost of annual membership to just 12, the changes having come into effect in January 2017. In previous years, our membership costs differed depending on how you paid (direct debit or stand-alone payment) and your status for example, student, senior citizen or receiving benefits. Now we have what we feel is a fair and reasonable cost for everyone, which includes a subscription to our award-winning magazine, Inspire.
