Joan Wighton, taunton Fit for life Please could we have more features on easy exercise? Iknow that moving is best for helping with arthritis pain, but I findithard to motivate myself and there are some things I know that I wont be able to manage. If I could find an easy exercise to doregularly, it might help me to stickto it. Jane chapman, newcastle Eds response: Youre in luck, Jane turn to page 24 of this issue for our feature on walking a simple way of getting fit and lifting your spirits at the same time! Holiday snap On holiday in Turkey, I was delighted to spot my favourite magazine near the book corner of the hotel we stayed at. I couldnt resist taking a photo, and I was just in time as Inspire was eagerly taken away by another tourist! I hope at least one of the hints given in the magazine will help, as I have found Inspire so useful for remedies for my osteoarthritis. My friend has found it useful for rheumatoid arthritis, too. susan roberts, salford Right time I just wanted to get in touch to say how much I loved reading the last issue of Inspire. It came at a really good time, as Id been feeling a bit low because of my osteoarthritis (Ive had it in my hips for eight years now). I really enjoyed the feature about how to enjoy your summer holidays (Inspire Summer 2016), as Im often quite nervous about travelling, even though I enjoy visiting new places. Its just that Im anxious about going to new restaurants or visiting new towns and villages in case there are lots of steps that I cant manage. Your tips on travelling light and flying were also very reassuring. What youre tweeting @arthritis_care movement is meditation#mondaymotivation how do you like to get moving? @hamrowannie Swimming!! Its about the only thing that doesnt hurt! @ac_gateshead We have just had a Zumba Gold class, seated or standing great fun for all. @arthritis_care @hamrowannie Glad youve found something that works for you Annie! #JustKeepSwimming
