Welcome Hello. ...and welcome to the summer issue of Inspire! I’m sure lots of you will be looking forward to being involved with Arthritis Care Week, which takes place from 14-21 May. The theme this year is Arthritis Matters. We’re encouraging people to talk about arthritis and what it means to them – personal stories really help to illustrate the reality of living with the condition. Read more about other people’s experiences here. We’re also asking people to ‘Go Ruby’ to show their support for the cause. You could wear ruby red, have a sale of ruby-red cakes or plant ruby-red flowers in your garden! In addition, we’d also like to encourage readers to tell us their stories for publication. Would you like to be featured in Inspire or share your journey with Arthritis Care? If so, please write to us or drop an email toinspire@arthritiscare.org.uk. Finally, if you’re planning a summer holiday, check out our feature on how to enjoy a stress-free trip.
