Were really excited to announce the launch of our new website. Weve come up with a new design that better reflects Arthritis Cares work and makes it easier to find information and support for people with arthritis. The website offers the following: n A new design and information structure, making it easy to find information and support on arthritis n A site that is easy to view on either desktop computers, mobile phones or tablets n Location finders for local branches and groups, Arthritis Care services, volunteering opportunities and fundraising events n Easy-to-use registration forms for fundraising events, with links to set up JustGiving pages n Information on arthritis for people all across the UK n New information on arthritis that will be easy to find in search engines n Videos of real-life stories of people with arthritis But this is just the start of the work well be doing over the next few months. But arthritis Care is hoping to change that in 2016. arthritis Care Week 2016 will run from 14-21 May and will have the theme arthritis matters because, too often, it is ignored and not talked about. We know there are many people with arthritis coping on their own, not even sharing the challenges of arthritis with their families or friends. Often, they are unaware of the help and support that is available. We urgently need to reach many more people than we do at present, and thats where wed like you to help. Information will be available shortly, with an order form for ideas, tips, information booklets, posters and leaflets to help you raise the profile of arthritis Care locally.
