welcome Hello... Click the images to read about this issues contributors Facebook f Logo And welcome to the autumn issue of Inspire. Weve got lots to share with you this issue, including news of a fantastic new campaign that were running called Time for Tea. Many of us love baking (OK, so some of us enjoy the eating part rather than the making!) and, as Brits, we traditionally love a cuppa. So what better way to enjoy them both than to have a tea party? Time for Tea is being headed-up by cake queen and Arthritis Care president Jane Asher, and will run during the week beginning 12 October to tie in with World Arthritis Day. The idea is that as many people as possible host tea parties to raise funds for Arthritis Care, and also raise awareness of arthritis at the same time. Find out more about the campaign, and how to organise your own tea party. Elsewhere this issue, weve got a round-up of some of the events that took place during Arthritis Care Week 2015, and some fab exercises for your shoulders and upper back. Plus, dont forget to come to our AGM if you can theres more info here. folloW us online CMYK / .ai Facebook f Logo CMYK / .ai CAll ou r Helplin e Our f ree and c onfidenti helpline i s open fro al m 10am-4pm weekdays during 0808 800 call 4050 or email hel plines@ arthritisc are.org.u k Tracey Lattimore, Editor louIsE rAMsAY is a freelance journalist and lives with her partner and son near Brighton. Spending time with my family; warm summer evenings; waking up in the morning with no pain in my joints; green smoothies; kale salads; Epsom salt baths, and relaxing weekends. sArAH JuGGINs is a freelance journalist specialising in sports, health and fitness. Recently, I took a four-hour return journey just to have lunch with an old friend, but I cant emphasise enough how happy I felt afterwards.
