Without trust & reliable information from States & ANSPs, handling both types of events becomes much riskier to manage European Pilots @eu_cockpit ICAO is strongly concerned by the apparent forced landing of a Ryanair flight and its passengers, which could be in contravention of the Chicago Convention.
