Gemma Dorans (GD): I have been with the BPA for 10 years! I came in as a compliance investigation coordinator, then I became a liaison officer and, in 2015, I was promoted to customer services manager. Laura Mary Stanton (LMS): I have been at the BPA about a year now, as a compliance investigation officer. I worked for a gas and electricity company before coming here. Harriet Lock (HL): I am coming up to my sixmonth anniversary as a compliance investigation officer. I worked in insurance before this, so my background isnt parking at all, but I am really enjoying it. Laura Skelton (LS): I joined the BPA about 18 months ago, as a compliance investigation officer. Before this, I was a custody officer for 10 years, so that was a very different role. 36
