Companies news SWARCO and Reading celebrate 10 years Variable messaging signs (VMS) from SWARCO Traffic, a technology specialist, have reached a 10-year milestone in helping Reading Borough Council to reduce congestion, improve traffic flow and enhance the driver experience through the town. Training dates Alpha Parking has a number of training courses taking place this month. Among them are courses on notice processing, traffic orders for parking departments, moving traffic enforcement and civil enforcement officer training. SKIDATA still flying high at Stansted ZatParks on a roll ZatPark is delighted to have completed an integration with Debit My Mobile, a text-based payment solution provider. This integration brings #ChargeToPhoneBill parking payments to the UK market. The transaction is billed directly to the users mobile phone bill rather than using a debit or credit card, which makes it much more accessible and inclusive, as there is no need to share bank card details or to download an app and pre-register. ZatPark is also adding a new enhancement to its partnership with Suilvision, the high-definition ANPR specialist, with whom ZatPark has been working since 2017. The new collaboration will see ZatParks allow list back office system employed in conjunction with MySuilvision back office system and Suilvisions ANPR camera technology to allow timed barrier access and realtime allow list checks for access control. Another ZatPark integration is with Telclic. Telclic is part of Sremium Group, a global provider of technology solutions to service providers. Telclic and ZatPark also have a long-standing relationship and this new integration arrangement will strengthen it further. Bolton Council has awarded its parking management software contract to ZatPark following a competitive tender process. The arrangement will be effective from the go live date in December 2022. ZatPark is also excited to have been shortlisted in the tech company of the year category at the Tech South West Awards 2022. The award ceremony is on 10 November.
