This sets out our calls for a standardsetting body, single code of practice, and single independent appeals service. These are all vital to achieve better regulation of parking management on private land and we want to make sure that these potential benets are delivered, and for the Act to be successful. This landmark piece of legislation will improve regulation for both the public and private parking sectors for years to come. We really appreciate the member feedback weve received to date and hope you will all continue to share your thoughts and concerns to help inform our lobbying activities. Please email consultations@ britishparking.co.uk and we will keep you informed of key developments.
