The FAIM Quality seal is a strong marketing tool, and is yours to use in communications with your clients, partners and supply chain to stand out from the crowd. FIDIs marketing team has compiled a guide to using the FAIM logos, along with some marketing tips and ideas: FAIM LOGOS EXPLAINED THE PRIMARY FAIM LOGO After a successful audit, your firm will be FAIM or FAIMPLUS certified for three years, during which you can use the FAIM/FAIMPLUS logo in all your communications. The logos and the FIDI branding regulations can be downloaded from the Marketing Tools library on FIDINET. FAIM DSP The FAIM DSP logo is awarded to FIDIaffiliated companies that have passed the optional DSP audit module. Valid for the same period as your FAIM(PLUS) certification, this logo can be used in any communication linked to your international DSP services. INTERNAL FAIM AUDIT QUALITY ASSURANCE The Confirmation of Quality Assurance logo is sent to you WW W. F I D I. O R G FF304 Dec_Jan 22 pp67 FAIM.indd 67 after the successful completion of your mandatory annual internal FAIM audit. It is valid for the calendar year, as indicated in the logo. The earlier you do this audit online, the sooner you receive the logo to use in your marketing. You must perform the internal FAIM audit before 31 December of the calendar year to remain FAIM certified. l Explain FAIM to your customers: Use your certification when selling services for example, by attaching the FAIM for end customers leaflet to your quotes, or adding a link to the FAIM Quality page. Your FAIM Financial assessment report, issued by EY, is a very strong marketing tool, too use it to its full advantage when bidding for contracts. YEARLY FINANCIAL ASSESSMENT (PILOT) l Make FAIM prominent on your website: Use the logo prominently, and add a page where you explain what the certification means for your clients and partners. We can provide template texts, an endcustomer brochure explaining FAIM, and even a corporate video. See the Marketing Tools Library on FIDINET. The EY CRB logo is linked to the yearly FAIM Financial Assessment requirement (currently at the pilot stage). It can be used by any FIDI-affiliated company that has passed its annual FAIM Financial Assessment, for the duration of the full calendar year. After your documentation has been checked by the auditors, you will receive your companys Financial Assessment report by EY. This is a strong marketing tool, proving your financial robustness and stability, which we highly recommend you share with your business partners and clients. The yearly Financial Assessment is mandatory to remain FAIM certified. You must provide all relevant financial documentation before 31 December; the earlier you complete the online procedure, the sooner you receive your report. PROUDLY PROMOTE YOUR CERTIFICATION FIDI has developed marketing assets that you can use to ensure your clients and partners know and understand FAIM. Here are some of our tips and ideas: l Spread the news on social media: Feel free to use the relevant FIDI handles and hashtags and tag us, so that we can repost. l Share your news and expertise If you have a company blog or newsletter, share a brief press release about your certification, maybe translated into your local language. These articles are a good way to strengthen public relations, explaining what FAIM means for your company. If you need inspiration or content for your blog, you can use FIDI blog articles just be sure to mention the source and link back to the original blog post. You have earned the right to use the FAIM Quality seal proudly; it is up to you to make the best of it.
