FIDI / Cannes Conference Assets / P5975 After a two-year wait, all eyes are on the FIDI Conference, with glamorous Cannes the chosen venue. FIDI Marketing and Communications Manager Magali Horbert describes what delegates can expect from the event and its host city A s we say adieu to another year marked by global lockdowns and wave after wave of COVID-19, it seems difficult to imagine a world without new virus variants and travel restrictions. But we remain confident that, by April 2022, we will be able to meet in person. So, for a while, lets close our eyes and imagine the sound of much sweeter waves, on the beaches of Cannes in front of La Plage du Martinez. Of course, we cannot guarantee the COVID-19 pandemic or another unpredictable event wont crash the party again, and we are closely monitoring global developments of the pandemic. But for now, lets believe the new year will usher in a fresh start and an unforgettable FIDI Conference.
