Taylor has worked for leading UK mover Pickfords for more than 30 years in a variety of roles and, in 2014, was appointed as a main board director. In 2017, he spearheaded Pickfords award-winning apprenticeship scheme and championed Investors in People to drive employee development. His recent focus on quality initiatives has been reflected in a five-star customer feedback rating on Trustpilot. As MD, he will be responsible for driving quality and business performance across all divisions. A third-generation leader of Hilldrup, McDaniel has been part of UniGroups board of directors since 2015. Im honoured to have been chosen, he said.
