Another is, we know where the coffee and biscuits are! BPA President John McArdle opened the Parking Scotland Conference with some wise words. Although the benefits of face-to-face catch-ups cannot be replicated so well virtually, the number of people able to attend at least one session was higher than would have been possible at a physical event; 172 people attended one or more sessions this time, compared with 150 registered attendees in 2019.
