Attended by members of the international relocation industry, the annual independent awards recognise creative and innovative approaches to global mobility. US-based FIDI Afliate Suddath won the Best International Removals Provider category, for its excellence in people and resource management, agility, innovation and value-added initiatives. Its an honour to be named Best International Removals Provider, said Daniel Lawrence, Senior Director of Strategic Development at Suddath. This award is a testament to the quality of our services and our global partners, as well as the excellent customer service that our team members deliver every day. FIDI Afliates G-Inter and Santa Fe Relocation were also shortlisted for the award. The 2019 Young Movers Conference (YMC) Conference took place in May in central Bucharest, Romania. It was the 27th conference and brought together almost 250 participants from all over the world. FIDI was a proud sponsor of the event, and Lydia Cope, Customer Relations Officer at the FIDI office, was there to meet existing Affiliates and to highlight the benefits of FIDI and FAIM, and the application process, to potential new members. The conference featured a number of keynote speakers and cultural and social activities, including a visit to Bucharests Palace of the Parliament. The YMC Conference in 2020 will take place in Dublin, Ireland, between 28-30 May.
