For me, its having both interest and challenges in my work; feeling that Im learning something new; and most importantly, having a job that makes you look forward to going to work every day. Its also about working in a team environment and wanting to deliver good work for the client I am working for, as well as taking on the competition thats always present in the business development world. When youve won a competitive contract, and unseated the competition, it can provide a very rewarding feeling! What is your single greatest challenge? At present its bringing up my three boys to be good, upstanding citizens (British and American!), successful and, most importantly, happy. Probably most relaxing is being on the beach with the children although thats not always relaxing! Apart from that, its watching a football game on television. Its something I really miss in America, although saying that, I hope Derby County (football club) make it to the Premier League this year, because then Ill be seeing them on television here a lot more!
