Parking Scotland Expo A grand affair This years Parking Scotland Expo is set to be the biggest ever, with a programme bursting with topical issues and keynote speakers, at a magnificent new venue in Glasgow f you havent booked in for the Parking Scotland Expo, you need to get a move on! This years free event takes place on Thursday 12 September at The Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow a four-star landmark hotel next to the citys central railway station. Its a fantastic venue that befits a brilliant event. From start to finish, the day-long programme grapples with some of the big topics affecting the whole sector, with a particular focus on Scotland, such as the Transport (Scotland) Bill and the Parking and Bus Lane Tribunal for Scotland. Sessions will include devolved power partnerships, working practices, and Blue Badge enforcement. They will focus on sharing knowledge to encourage innovation and best practice in the profession. The Appreciation session promises to raise awareness about what technology can help the profession to achieve within our communities, and there will also be a chance to hear from other sectors on how they address challenges that affect parking as well.
