P Grease a 1lb loaf tin and line with parchment. ash the bananas, then add the oil and sugar. M Mix well. Fold in the flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ginger, raisins and walnuts. our the mixture into the loaf tin and bake for 40 P minutes, checking the cake halfway through. Once golden brown, remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
