PE O PLE M OVE S SHOTWELL STEPS IN TO HEAD WORLDWIDE ERC Lynn Shotwell, GMS, SHRM-SCP, has joined Worldwide ERC (WERC) as its President and CEO, three months after the departure of former President and CEO Peggy Smith. An accomplished association executive, Shotwell brings to her new role a track record of successfully leading global workforce and talent mobility organisations. With more than 20 years experience at the intersection of migration, economics and human capital, she will drive innovation for WERC as the organisation supports Lynn Shotwell, incoming President and CEO at Worldwide ERC mobility professionals encountering challenges and opportunities in todays global economy. Shotwell was previously senior Vicepresident and Head, Global Outreach and Operations, for SHRM (the Society for Human Resource Management), the worlds largest HR professional society. There, she served as co-chair of the Business Mechanism of the Global Forum on Migration and Development and the Board of Trustees of World Education Services, drawing on more than two decades of experience in helping leading organisations create global workforces. She has also served as Executive Director at the Council for Global Immigration/American Council on International Personnel. Shotwell said: I step into this role with a singular focus: to ensure our members have the resources they need to support the communities they serve. Group Director Sara Lyrum (right) welcomes Randi Kiilsholm as new Global Account Manager KIILSHOLM JOINS ASPIRE AS GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGER Aspire Mobility Group has appointed Randi Kiilsholm as its Global Account Manager, bringing years of global mobility knowledge to the company. Kiilsholm has experience in international assignments and services, including moves, visas and immigration, and relocation services. She was Senior Client and Relocation Manager in her previous job and will report directly to Group Director Sara Lyrum. We are very excited to have Randi in our group, said Lyrum. She has an ongoing energy, drive, knowledge, and spirit that any manager is looking for. Kiilsholm will also be assisting Jessie Fangel Christensens team during her maternity leave. GOSSELIN MAKES MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS Three years after Gosselin merged with DT Moving and Packimpex, the company has made three senior management changes in its business. Iain Adams has taken on the role of Regional Managing Director, with responsibility for UK operations. He has handson experience of Asia and has most recently been based on assignment for Gosselin in Belgium and the Netherlands. Marcel Jrg has become CEO of Gosselins moving division, moving from the role of chief commercial officer. He will lead the now fully integrated Gosselin moving division network, which includes the former brands of DT Moving and Packimpex Moving. After more than 45 years heading up DT Moving, and nearly three years in the role Marcel Jrg, CEO of Gosselins moving division of CEO of Gosselin moving division, Nick Kerr has decided to reduce his day-to-day management duties.
